Extensively used in the food industry in both savory and sweet dishes, Sudanese whitish quality
sesame is highly regarded for its sweeter taste and nutty texture compared to other sesame
seeds of other origins and variations, some of which are considered bitter.

The oilseeds also contain over 50% oil, which makes it highly desirable for oil crushing. Naturally
